Introduction: Gestational trophoblastic diseases, because of their diverse presentation and the malignant lesions being associated with recurrence, metastasis, mortality, early diagnosis is important help ultrasonogram preoperatively, serial Beta human chorionic gonadotropin, histopathological examination for prompt treatment timely management patients. The study aimed to identify overall prevalence relative frequencies diseases assess association different gestational maternal age, parity, age.Materials Methods: This a retrospective cross-sectional conducted five years from January 2016 December 2020 in Department Pathology, gynecology obstetrics Dhulikhel Hospital, Kavre Nepal. included spectrum diseases. All details were obtained patient’s record file register book. Results: Out 65 cases, most common was Hydatidiform mole 59 (90.78%) cases. Bleeding per vagina clinical presentation. commonly affected age group 21-25 years. Most detected first trimester primigravida.Conclusions: Any pregnant woman presenting abnormal uterine bleeding should be evaluated presence underlying disease. Beta-hCG sensitive marker, however, histopathology remains gold standard modality detection judicious use ultrasonograms appropriate clinicopathological approach helps clinician decide modalities, especially between evacuation hysterectomy.
